After being closed following repeated acts of vandalism, the tower is currently being renovated, and hopefully it will be open to climbers again soon!

It's beautiful up at the summit cross... A wind turbine is planned up here. When it will come - no one knows exactly. But once it's there, it'll never be the same again. 🙁

A careful walk is required, otherwise a nice path off the asphalt.

Natural ascent to the Unnenberg, unfortunately the mountain restaurant has been closed for months. In good weather there is an open kiosk u. a. also grilled sausages.

The restaurant at the tower is also open at the weekend, ideal for taking a longer break here.
