Wonderful for cycling, relaxing and running. The avenues provide pleasant cooling on hot summer days.

It's a lovely place to go for a walk. However, the main path is a combined cycle and footpath, so you can't really walk side by side as there are always cyclists on the road. That's a real shame.

A piece of canal connects the lower Decksteiner pond in the outer green belt to the upper pond. If you only want to go around part of the area, you can use a bridge at the junction.

Cologne green belt between Decksteiner Weiher, Adenauerweiher and Müngersdorfer Stadium. Very nice cycling or running route.
