The Victor Neels Bridge spans the Urftsee at this point and, with a very successful steel cable suspension bridge construction, forms a great transition for cyclists and hikers. The bridge is named after the former commander of the Belgian forces at Camp Vogelsang. Great experience when it starts to rock 😁.

Again and again there is a very nice view over the Eifel and the Urftsee from the facility. Tip: In the panorama cafe you can enjoy the view with coffee and cake.

Very nice view from here, you can manage the 16-18% quite well, at least with an e-bike. At least if you put it in a low gear and don't just try to climb the incline with motor support.
