The Tegelberg mountain station is a popular starting point for hikers, paragliders, and nature lovers. Located at an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters, it is easily accessible by the Tegelberg cable car. From the station, guests can enjoy impressive panoramic views over the Alpine foothills and Hohenschwangau, as far as the Zugspitze on a clear day.

There is a great view from the top. You should be in good shape. There are steel ropes in places. But it's all doable.

Outstanding all-round view from the summit cross 👍, usually overcrowded when the weather is nice!!!

The via ferrata is well secured with a steel cable. That doesn't make the ascent any less demanding, but it gave me a lot of confidence. Quite a steep ascent, although I found the beginning of the climb to be the most challenging, just a bit tricky going down.

It's always worth going to the Tegelberg, great view and depending on your mood on foot or with the cable car
