From the city wall, you have a beautiful view of Kaufbeuren's beautiful old town. It's definitely worth the walk up there.

A wonderful path along the Wertach River. Especially recommended in midsummer due to the shade.

A great bakery! They don't just serve bread and rolls here – they also serve cakes and sweet pastries (Danish pastries, poppy seed rolls, American rolls, quark dumplings, and... and... even Leberkäse (hot, of course) and three lunch options. They even had ice cream! Opening hours: Weekdays from 6:00 a.m. Sundays from 7:30 a.m. Highly recommended!

Tower of the city fortifications, five-story round tower with unplastered brickwork, conical roof and round-arch frieze, connected to the Catholic Chapel of St. Blasius by a short, two-story walkway, probably around 1420.
