Driving through the tunnel is a bit of an adventure. It gets much cooler. But the tunnel is well lit, and the road surface is great.

This tunnel is closed from November to March because a protected species of bat (Pugana bat) seeks shelter there in winter.

Very nicely renovated train tunnel on the Eder cycle path.

French meadows provide a habitat for many animal species and are under nature protection. In summer the purest frog concert. A very nice place but the only thing missing is a seat, which is a shame.
