It's a lovely place to go for a walk. However, the main path is a combined cycle and footpath, so you can't really walk side by side as there are always cyclists on the road. That's a real shame.

At the Rheinauhafen there is the opportunity for a break, one or two booths/cars/localities offer the opportunity to buy something to-go.

This is where the Rheinauhafen begins/ends. For me the most beautiful part of the newly designed facility, because here are the beach volleyball and skate facilities. There is always something going on here in summer. The rest of the Rheinauhafen is nice to stroll around, but very artificial and sterile.

There is evening sun with a wide view over the water to the west on the VORSPERRE of the Great Dhünn in the middle of the lake.

The Milchbornbach flows through the pond on its 1.6 km long route
