We cycled along the Romantic Road cycle path for two weeks and admired not only beautiful landscapes but also Germany's most beautiful cities. Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Nördlingen, Donauwörth and Füssen are just a few of these picturesque places. We liked the section from Bad Mergentheim to Tauberbischofsheim the best. Most of the route was pure pleasure cycling. Even in Bad Mergentheim, cycling was pleasant despite the many construction sites in the town center.
