The Bavarian Caribbean, it is best to visit when the sun is shining. Then the water in Walchensee is as turquoise as in the Caribbean. The circular cycle path of about 26km is then a mega great experience. The most beautiful beaches can be found on the toll road (free of charge for cyclists). A little paradise in the middle of Bavaria

The Lautersee is easy to reach on foot and by bike, is beautifully situated below the Karwendel mountains, and the view is magnificent.
