What a quaint and beautiful place to stop for a bite to eat up here on the Teufelskanzel! 👍 I really like the place, and the food was delicious, too.

Due to its location, the inn has a rather small menu, which can be found on the notice boards on the building. There are a few small dishes like a Mett (meat or cheese platter), soups, but often also two or three warm, regular dishes that change regularly. The cuisine remains consistently regional. The prices are a bit higher, but not excessively expensive considering the location and the complex transportation of food by regular vehicles. You can sit comfortably either in the beer garden under trees and umbrellas with a view of the Teufelskanzel (Devil's Pulpit) or in the rustic inn. The restrooms are separate in another building, and the door is usually open, despite the signs on site. Deviating from the official opening hours, the inn was open from 11 a.m. (instead of 12 p.m.) in our case.
