steep but quiet climb up to the Alpe

Here you will find a great view of the surrounding mountains. And if you are feeling a little hungry, just a few steps further you will find a rustic place to stop for a bite to eat at the Dünser Alpele.

Since the tower is clearly visible from the valley, it is easy to get an idea of how far and high you want to go.

The path on the Dünser Berg is really beautiful and, thanks to its south-facing position and the ascent from the valley, it is also beautiful in spring and autumn, especially when there is fog below. But the attempt to climb the Kopes summit was a failure. Up in the forest there are only game trails.

Fantastically panoramic location and the team of hosts also impressed me

The sections through the rustic forest with its old fir trees shaped by wind and weather, the paths criss-crossed by roots and the scent of coniferous trees. It's just relaxation and joy.

Cannot be reached by bus during the week (outside the summer holidays) - so it's well frequented, but still ok!
