The BWI Trail offers a great spot to watch planes land at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. This scenic trail provides some shelters and benches to take a break and watch.

The BWI Trail is an 11-mile asphalt trail that encircles the BWI Airport. It was designed with commuters in mind, but it also makes for a great recreational outing.

The Baltimore & Annapolis Trail runs 13.3 miles (21.4 km) from Arnold to Baltimore. The route used to be a railway line, opened in 1887 and closed 1969. The trail is paved throughout and passes through lovely scenery and interesting history.

Baltimore's waterfront is lively and vibrant. The skyline reflected in the water is an iconic site of the city. It's a great place for a bike ride or walk, with plenty of places to stop for food and drink along the way.

Very popular, very crowded. Better suited for a family visit, but skip the restaurants in the area and either head south to Fed Hill, east to Little Italy and Fells Point, or north to Mt Vernon for better food and drink options
