이 건물은 펠릭스 노위츠키의 설계에 따라 1896-1902년에 지어졌습니다. 강철 구조물 설계자는 엔지니어 발렌티 두벨토비치(1844-1913)로, 바르샤바 마차 운행 전차 회사의 초대 이사(1881-1883)였으며, 무엇보다 폴란드 왕국에서 가장 경험이 많은 강철 다리 건설업자로 알려져 있습니다. 이 투자 외에도 바르샤바 시립 도축장 건설에도 참여했습니다. 원래 이 건물은 러시아 시립 도축장 주식회사 이사회의 본부였습니다. 1918년 이후 도축장은 민간 관리하에 들어갔습니다.

이 공원은 1904-1910년 Teodor Chrząński와 Walerian Kornenberg의 계획에 따라 조성되었으며, 1910년에는 도시 당국의 주도로 현재 공원보다 훨씬 북쪽에 있던 옛 도시 숲 지역(현재 병원, 교회, 영화 스튜디오 부지 포함)에 건설되었습니다. 이곳은 우치에서 가장 크고 아름다운 공원 중 하나입니다. 옛 이름은 "Pańska 거리의 정원"이었습니다. 1917년부터 이 공원은 Poniatowski 공작의 이름을 따서 명명되었습니다. 공원의 면적은 시간이 지남에 따라 줄어들었습니다. 먼저 옛 Anna 거리(현 Mickiewicza 거리)와 Pańska 거리(Żeromskiego 거리) 모퉁이에 군 병원이 세워졌고, 1925년에는 Łąkowa 거리와 Anna 거리 합류 지점에 승리의 성모 마리아 교회가 건설되기 시작했습니다. 20세기 70년대에는 공원이 현재의 Mickiewicza 대로의 넓은 구간으로 인해 축소되었으며, 현재는 직사각형에 가까운 형태를 띠고 있습니다.

1945년 1월 19일 로츠 공성전 중 전사한 소련 및 폴란드 군인들의 묘 수십 기가 있는 작은 묘지. 1945-1992년에는 붉은 군대에 대한 감사 기념비가 옆에 서 있었습니다. 기념비 해체 중 그 아래에서 소련 장교들의 추가 유해가 발견되어 이웃 묘지에 매장되었습니다.

A park with a small body of water, a bit of a break from the city.

The park is located in Łódź, in the Łódź Górna district, between Rzgowska, Paradna and Kosynierów Gdyńskich streets. The park, cut by an irregular system of paths, is unevenly wooded and has extensive lawns. Among the trees, five are particularly valuable. These are a common ash and four small-leaved lime trees aged 160–180 years. In the northern part of the park there is a historic manor house, facing south. An alley of trees leads to it from Rzgowska Street. The manor house was built in the late 18th century by Benedykt Górski. It is a small, single-storey building erected from larch logs with a log construction, plastered. It is covered with a shingled, broken, Polish roof.

Quite a nice atmosphere. Probably even more 'interesting' on a gloomy and foggy autumn afternoon.

It's worth watching before it collapses. Few buildings of this type still exist.
