The monastery complex in Mstów is one of the oldest and most interesting religious sites in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. The monastery of the Lateran Canons was probably founded in the 13th century, although there are indications that its beginnings date back to the 12th century. The complex includes the Baroque Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary from the 18th century, preserved fragments of Gothic monastery buildings and fortifications with nine towers and a gate, which today serves as a bell tower. The painting of the Mother of God of Mstów and the picturesque location of the monastery on the Warta River are noteworthy.

Riding the so-called: path along the Warta; is hardcore - after such a trip the bike is only good for repairs /at the bicycle factory along the route/. I've been there. I do not recommend.

The Mirowska Gate is an impressive rock formation located near Częstochowa, in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. It is a natural limestone rock in the shape of a gate, characteristic of the landscape of this part of Poland. It is a popular place for climbing enthusiasts, because it offers interesting routes of varying degrees of difficulty. Surrounded by picturesque tourist trails, the Mirowska Gate is also an attractive destination for hiking and cycling trips. It is worth taking comfortable shoes and a camera, because the views are truly exceptional.

The Old Market Square – one of Częstochowa's squares, measuring approximately 100 by 66 meters, is located in the Old Town district, behind St. Sigismund's Church, which begins the Avenue of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The red-colored Trail of the Eagles' Nests tourist trail ends here. Since the Middle Ages, this square has served as the market square of Old Częstochowa. The old town hall was likely built here. The buildings in the market square were burned down during the Swedish Deluge. Townhouses on the eastern and northern sides of the market square have survived. From the 15th century to 1812, the town hall stood here, but was destroyed by fire. According to legend, Napoleon Bonaparte spent the night in the inn in the Old Market Square on his way to Moscow with his troops. In 2007, archaeological excavations began in the market square. These led to the discovery of a municipal well, the foundations of several now-defunct buildings, likely the city scales, and a gallows.
