A beautiful church in an idyllic location on a small island. It's worth a detour if you're planning to take a stroll in the castle grounds.

Nice beach, but very busy on sunny days and weekends. This stretch can be difficult to bike due to the heavy traffic.

Good place to stop for food and a toilet when biking Strandvej between Copenhagen and Elsinore.

In Humlebæk you can find many beautiful houses, some of them directly on the beach, which still have a thatched roof.

In September 2021, the city council and the port authority decided to work together on the development and expansion of Rungsted Harbor to ensure that the harbor remains an attractive place for everyone who enjoys being on, in and by the water. The project includes both an extension of the piers and the creation of an event space with, among other things, a play area, benches and sun terraces, as well as an expanded and more varied beach area with an associated rock island and the possibility of establishing a sauna. The harbor expansion also includes better traffic safety for soft road users, more parking spaces as well as more bathing bridges, launch towers, viewing platforms and a ramp to the water for the walking disabled.

Nice little harbour with a couple of shops and restaurants on the middle pier and great views over to Tunø and Sweden behind.

Take a short break and enjoy the view with a can of ravioli.
