The first church in Fully was built in 1276. The current parish church, dedicated to Saint Symphorien, dates from 1935, but its bell tower dates back to 1747. It rises 32 meters above the faithful and houses five bells operated by an electronic system. Inside, the large fresco of the choir was executed by renowned artists: Paul Monnier, Albert Chavaz, Edmond Bille, and Joseph Gautschi. The stained glass windows, made by the Renggli workshop, depict five saints on the rising sun side and five saints on the setting side.
