Aspley guise is a lovely little village

A really nice little woodland area near Woburn Sands

Aspley Woods is approximately 326 hectares of mainly conifer plantation woodland with some areas of semi-ancient natural woodland. It is simply a beautiful place and one of the top recreational places in Milton Keynes for a good reason.

Aspley Guise is the quintessentially charming English village with the obligatory church, pub, village hall and a couple of eating places.

Wavendon Wood is a mixture of beautiful conifer woodland with some areas of semi-ancient woodland and heathland and it is just outside Milton Keynes. The woodland also contains Danesborough Iron Age Hill Fort. It is a beautiful tranquil place to come for your hike or run.

This is a beautiful pristine woodland and a prime time mountain biking area with a multitude of trails. If you are in the habit of running with your music on be wary of the bikers.

A nice fallen tree waypoint to mark your route and to have a nice break at sometime during your day out. All whilst being surrounded by beautiful English countryside.

New Wavendon Heath is situated at the southern end of Aspley Wood. The woods are filled with beautiful towering trees and have a number of interconnected trails that run through every corner. The woods are a popular destination for mountain bikers, so be mindful of your step.

Aspley Guise is a charming little village near Woburn that features a church, pub and a couple of places to eat including Blue Orchid Restaurant.

Quite big and nice forest with many paths. Watch out for mad people on bicycles.

Woburn Bike Trails are the work of the volunteer group in Aspley Woods not far from Milton Keynes. Here you'll find a blue and red trail, as well as some great jumps. You'll either need a day pass or a membership to ride here. Why not get involved with one of the regular dig days? The sandy soil makes for great riding in most conditions, although you'll need to check out the condition of the well known jump lines before riding in different weather.
