From the Lönsturm tower on the Kanstein hill in Thüster Berg, a sweeping view opens up across the Weser Uplands. Dense forests, rolling hills, and small villages characterize the panorama. On a clear day, the view extends as far as the Leine Uplands. The tranquil heights invite you to pause and fully appreciate the vastness of nature.

The vegetation up here is quite different from that in the forest. Poor grasslands with flowering plants attract a variety of insects.

Only from the third floor do you get a good view to the west, north, and east. To the south, the trees have once again overtaken the tower's height.

Attention: only recommended in good and dry weather, but it is worth taking this relaxing route.

The climbing rocks obviously offer a nice training opportunity.

This is a great place to stop and take a break. You can sit on the bench, put your feet up and enjoy the view.

Beautiful place with a great view and you can also find fossils in the rubble.
