Unfortunately, racism is very common here. As a migrant, you are not welcomed. When you ask for a table, you are rudely told that you have to wait. At the same time, a German couple is given a table immediately after entering. Even when we mentioned that the couple had just been given preferential treatment, we only received a rude response and a lack of understanding. Sad.

Until 1998, the Schöneweide operating and marshalling yard was here. Now a green area called the "Gleislinse Landscape Park" is being built here. The area is called "Gleislinse" because the tracks leading into and out of the city were lens-shaped. A lot of the design is reminiscent of the former location (railway sleepers, etc.)
