Mihály Mőcsényi Botanical Garden 🌼🌳🌸 The Botanical Garden in the City Park is once again shining in its former glory. It is the oldest building in the City Park (or Városliget) and one of the city's most valuable monuments. The House of the Hungarian Millennium is a symbol of the Liget Budapest project and will become a true community meeting place, connecting the park with art. The name of the house directly refers to the time and era in which Hungarians celebrated the millennium of the founding of the Hungarian state in 1896. The House of Hungarian Music is definitely worth a visit. Strolling through the city park alone in the morning and enjoying the light effects of this architecturally interesting building is simply wonderful!
