케메리 복음주의 루터교 교회는 1897년 케메리 리조트 최초의 벽돌 건물이었다. 교회 건축에 대한 아이디어는 더 일찍 생겨났다. 그러나 러시아 차르 니콜라스 2세는 1895년에야 루터교 교회 건설을 허락했다.

The Ķemeru Evangelical Lutheran Church, built in 1897, stands as an impressive monument of neo-Gothic architecture and is also the first stone structure in Ķemeri. Designed by Heinrich Scheel, a renowned German-Baltic architect, this building symbolizes Ķemeri's transition to a thriving health resort. The brick facade and high arched windows give the church a simple, almost aloof elegance that contrasts with its natural surroundings. The church has withstood all political changes over the decades - a sign of permanence in a place itself known for peace and healing. In addition to the architecture, it is worth taking a look inside, especially the play of light through the windows.

Perfectly rideable alternative to the highway.

A little sandy, but quite rideable forest track that can be used as a quieter, safer and more picturesque alternative to the highway. Perhaps, a better idea would be to enter/follow it straight from/to Ragaciems. Tracks perpendicular to the highway are *very* sandy.

Built in the architectural tradition of historicism according to the project of the engineer Heinrich Carl Scheel (1828-1909). The church was consecrated in 1897 and it was the first stone building of the Kemeri resort. The building with stained-glass windows is an architectural monument of national significance.
