BE CAREFUL. Steep rough hillside up to mine tailings. Lead mine cave. Small stream emerging. Small entrance. Crawl in over puddle. Goes 50/60m back. Is ~maybe~ safe enough to go in. BEWARE if you go higher up there is a big chasam/cliff cave where people could easily slip and fall in. BE CAREFUL PLEASE. LEAVE NO TRACE.

Beautiful walk up from the valley, didn't have the best weather day but glorious views down the Glenmacnass valley. Take a wander over to the rocky knolls of Kanturk as well to complete a nice moderate level walk.

From the 664 meter high summit you have a beautiful view of the peaks of Tonelagee and the Brockaghs to the west. In the east the beautiful Lough Dan spreads out in the valley.
