The church of Lindenberg is situated on a hill. The current church building underwent a fundamental transformation in the Rococo style in the early to mid-18th century. In the mid-19th century, the interior was redesigned in a Neo-Romanesque style, which arguably did not suit the church very well. Thus, in 1941, the last pastor of Lindenberg, Karl Heichele, set about restoring the Rococo style during the war. The church was extensively renovated both inside and out between 1971 and 1975. Great place to stop and get some delicious food and beverages, especially if you're doing a long tour!

Great cycling path - very well maintained, and in good condition. It is quite popular, and can be full of cyclists in the warmer months.

A Kneipp facility along the way is always very refreshing.

Great for cooling off your feet and hands. There's also a barefoot path. Seating is available on site.

We received a recommendation – and here we went for coffee! It was very good, with a nice selection of sweet pastries and Danish pastries. I highly recommend it – there's also a bike rack – or at least a place to park right next to the tables.
