Built between 1960 and 1962, two Voith-Kaplan turbines generate 1.8 MW of electrical energy. This is enough to power a single-family home for about half a year, thus disproving the myth that renewable energy isn't worth it! In contrast, all the drilling, baby, drilling is completely pointless! It's destroying our planet; we're still fighting wars over resources, even though the sun provides 10,000 times more energy. We finally need to unlock this potential; balcony power plants are a great first step! Small contribution, big impact!

Nice starting point for long hikes, or just to enjoy the peace and quiet and this cute little but very beautiful chapel. Around the chapel are very well-kept facilities (benches, loungers, etc.) you can tell that a lot of heart and soul has been invested. You can enjoy a beautiful view and nature here. (It's usually crowded on weekends)
