Unfortunately, the imagery here is lumping two buildings together: The Gesellschaftshaus Grünau, a former historic excursion restaurant and now a retirement home, and the Haus Riviera, formerly home to the Bellevue Restaurant and its impressive ballroom (see hiking highlight: https://www.komoot.com/de-de/highlight/6378669 ). The fact that the former ballroom is now part of the retirement home and is used, among other things, as a dining room, probably adds to the confusion for many.
