It's beautiful to see how the Weser River blends with nature in Herstelle. The panorama is breathtaking; a visit is highly recommended, whether by bike or on a hike.

The palace complex of the FÜRSTENBERG Porcelain Manufactory is a magnificent monument to the Weser Renaissance. It houses a museum and visitor workshop, the factory outlet, and the Bistro Carl. The appeal of FÜRSTENBERG lies in the connection between past and present. Here, the historic monument with a modern museum, and there, the renowned manufactory, which has been producing exclusive porcelain here since 1747.
