The St. Georg Foundation is a church foundation and diaconal institution in a listed building. The building is a one-story neo-Gothic building made of red and yellow brick. The turquoise entrance door and window frames are striking. A nice photo opportunity!

A beautiful vantage point with a great view over the wide country and to the Baltic Sea, a few benches invite you to rest. Can be easily combined with a hike around the Ploggensee.

From the observation tower you have a fantastic view of the gently rolling landscape of the Klützer Winkel. It is also possible to look out over the Satower See and Grevesmühlen from here. In good weather you can even see the Baltic Sea as a blue stripe on the horizon. A bench next to the observation tower invites you to linger.

This is the highest point around Grevesmühlen, ideal for the "thighs" ... the stairs are tough.

The sandy path is super soft, then becomes a single trail. From autumn, however, a lot of leaves and therefore it can get a little slippery now and then.

The lake is centrally located in Grevesmühlen and the round can be started well in the free parking lot. Here is also the open-air swimming pool on the lake and the Seeschlösschen restaurant with a view of the lake.

Wooden benches were placed here every hundred meters. So people with handicaps or "foot sick people" can also go for a nice round at the lake.

In the inner cafe, former vestibule to the tracks, there is the best breakfast in the region. Absolutely recommended, even without tape measure 😎.
