Just a few steps from St. Servatius Church, on Untere Marktstraße, lies a remarkable and highly acclaimed example of Duderstadt architecture. This four-story half-timbered house with a two-story dormer, characterized by Baroque elements, was built in 1698 and faces Marktstraße. The house impresses with its variety of forms, its magnificent portal, and the beautiful carvings on the street front. Sensational view of the Ohm Mountains and the Eichsfeld. You can't get to the top with a racing bike, but you can only climb it on foot or by mountain bike (approx. 1 km) over a rough gravel path. Still highly recommended!
