A lovely path along the Werse river. Great for cycling. Light gravel, no major potholes.

In my opinion, this section is definitely NOT a highlight. While the path does lead through a forest, the condition of the trail is anything but "great." First bumpy, then badly damaged. If you want to avoid the road and are riding a mountain bike or a bike with comfortable suspension, this section might be okay. Definitely not recommended for trekking bikes without suspension.

The hilly area makes many long-distance views unnecessary.

Little traffic and quiet.

The Werse cycle path is beautiful and there are information blocks at a total of 34 stations. They provide information about interesting and interesting things along the path and in the towns. There are rest areas with tables and benches at regular intervals for breaks.

Definitely very nice in summer when it's dry for a long time. Not recommended in autumn: There are always very muddy passages, and you sometimes have to push your bike.

The Werseradweg is always a great destination. You can fly along it especially wonderfully on a gravel bike.

Definitely an absolutely fantastic section here along the Werse. When the weather is good and on weekends it's very busy and you can expect a lot of oncoming traffic. Be careful.
