A 20-meter-high wooden tower with some rotten steps. 🫣 The view of the lake from the Hermann Löns Lookout is fantastic, though. Bring your binoculars! Parking is available at the Niendorf Bird Park!

View from the Aalbek. If it was wet beforehand, the paths are extremely muddy with lots of puddles, even in summer. After storms, they are also often temporarily partially flooded.
