02/23/2025: I actually wanted to spend the night here sometime soon. Even though it's relatively close to home. I've driven through it many times. Really beautiful place. I think I'd rather go straight home now. If at all. Unfortunately. Or, dear cycling friends, give me hope back. Because I love our regular bike tours to and in Thuringia and I don't understand it. Take a look at the Meissnervorland or similar, what a pretty community you are. 🚴🏽🚴🏻♀️

The Leine cycle path is in excellent condition from the Leinequelle to Friedland. After that, the quality drops. The cycle path is not as nice as the Fulda, Werra or Weser cycle paths, but it is still nice to ride.
