This is the old village oak tree of Wentdorf, a natural monument. Those traveling along the Fläming-Skate can take a break on a bench here.

After mill operations ceased at the end of the 1960s, the mill technology fell into disrepair. When the bridge was renewed in 1995/96, the mill technology and the turbine were removed. A new Zuppinger water wheel was installed and also used to generate electricity. The mill building was renovated from 1996 to 1998

A nice walk from Drahnsdorf past fields to the small mill on the Dahme, then on through pine forests back via Krossen to the starting point. This route is partly advertised as a cycle path.
