In Nuuskio national park, many path are clearly marked with coloured marks on trees. On this photo of a tree, there are marks of 3 routes (yellow, red and blue) which you can find correspondingly on the official map. Red marked route is 2.4 km Punarinnankierros, blue mark is 3,7 km Haukankierros and yellow mark is 7,2 km Korpinkierros. The path is the connection between Haukkalampi and Mustalampi.

Unfortunately, that was no longer true in June 2023, the view of the lake was quite overgrown, so that only small sections could be seen. Nevertheless, this cliff edge is a worthwhile stop on the circular route.

Pirttimäki lies on the route of the Retti 2000, the Helsinki region's longest hiking trail. It makes for a good pit stop thanks to its lovely cafe. The wider Pirttimäki Recreational Area is a delight to explore on foot, with its glacial erratics, steep cliffs and scenic lakes.

This is an excellent vantage for looking across Haukkalampi and taking in the majesty of the Nuuksio National Park. There's a set of wooden steps that takes you up to the viewpoint, negating the need for any dangerous scrambling. On a clear day, the view is beautiful.

An amazing place to spend the night. No fires allowed, but the grill place is a 5 min walk. Beautiful hike and incredible rock formations. It’s not busy in this area of Nuuksio. I hope it stays like that!

A great vantage point on the lake. A large wooden staircase helps you to climb the rocks without problems to get to the lookout point.

On the Haukankierros hiking trail, this is a great vantage point on one of the numerous lakes that are in the national park.
