The town of Morges lies not far from Lausanne on the shores of Lake Geneva, overlooking the majestic Mont Blanc. It's a fantastic base for exploring the magnificent landscape. With its impressive castle, which houses several museums, Morges is considered a cultural hotspot. Its charming streets and alleys, as well as the Tulip Festival, which takes place from April to May, attract an international crowd every year. A market is held in the heart of the old town, in the pedestrian zone on the Grand Rue, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Yverdon-les-Bains is idyllically situated between the hills of the Broye, Lake Neuchâtel, and the Jura Mountains. As the most important spa resort in western Switzerland, an international crowd is drawn to the town and its beautiful surroundings in the summer. This natural paradise invites culture and outdoor enthusiasts to explore.

If you're looking for peace and quiet in the Jura mountains, a drive up the ridge of Mont Tendre is just what you need. The narrow road winds its way through most of the forest up to the Alpage, where a magnificent panorama of the Lake Geneva region and, on the other side, the Vallé de Joux awaits.

A small idyll on the very edge of Lausanne: the Louis Bourget Park. It is named after a doctor, naturalist and ornithologist who, during his lifetime from 1856 to 1913, campaigned for this spot to be declared a nature reserve.
