The Roman Catholic parish church of Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße stands in the center of the village of Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße in the Zell am See district of Salzburg. Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, the church belongs to the Taxenbach deanery in the Archdiocese of Salzburg. The church and the cemetery are listed as historical monuments. A church was first documented in 1468. A fire destroyed the church in 1867, and it was rebuilt between 1868 and 1869 according to the plans of architect Friedrich von Schmidt. Here, you'll cycle part of the Tauern Cycle Path, which runs along the Salzach and Inn rivers. Surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery, cycling practically takes its course.

The famous High Alpine Road winds its way up to the Fuscher Törl Höhe mountain pass at an elevation of 2,428 meters. The road connects the states of Salzburg and Carinthia and is 48 kilometers long. The High Alpine Road has a total of 36 hairpin bends, but luckily, you don't have to take all of them on your way up. ;)
