Bowen Lake is the deepest lake in Chain O'Lakes State Park at 65 feet. There are several small creeks that feed into the lake.

In 1915, the first school house in the area was built in this spot. It was named after a local landowner, Henry Stanley. Now, there is a marker and the original schoolhouse bell on the spot where the building used to stand.

Nice wooden boardwalk that takes you over a swampy area.

Finster Lake is one of the nine lakes in Chain O'Lakes State Park. It is one of the larger lakes in the park and the trail that runs along the perimeter gives you good views of the water.

As the name suggests, Chain O'Lakes State Park is a park made up of nine lakes. There are also several miles of trails that run alongside the lakes and gives you a lot of choice of length of hike.

Trail 6 makes a loop through a more forested section of the marsh and along a wooded railway. You hike along a grassy trail.

Graham McCulloch Ditch used to be known by the more bucolic name of Cranberry Creek. The ditch was constructed by erecting large earthen walls around Cranberry Creek as it flows through Eagle Marsh to help drain the upland Great Marsh in the late 1800s.
