Mjølke-Lars bua is a charming and historic hut nestled in the mountain pastures of Flikja. The name, which means "The hut of Milk-Lars," points to the rich history of summer farming in the area. This small, traditional building is a great place to stay overnight. It stands as a testament to the life of the herders who once worked in these mountains, and it's a wonderfully authentic highlight to find on your hike. Langestølen Kolonial & Kafé is a Mjølkevegen Partner and offers passing cyclists food and beverages as well as a small shop. You can also charge your e-bike here. The place Langestølen is named after its shape - the long farm village. It is located on the Stølsvidda mountain plateau, a Selected Cultural Landscape with the highest number of active mountain farms in all of Northern Europe.
