North LaBarque Hill, and its very slightly shorter buddy South LaBarque Hill, are the highlights of this beautiful, wooded trail. Although these hills are pretty in any season they're particularly lovely in autumn, when the sugar maples and hickory trees are ablaze with their brightest fall finery.

Most of the Meramec Greenway is paved and runs through the woods alongside the Meramec River. There are some unpaved side trails you may want to explore.

A fully paved path surrounds this pretty lake in Arnold City Park. It's a great location for a run, you can do a few laps around the lake or follow Hollywood Beach Road down the Meramec River and loop back around.

Hollywood Beach Road runs alongside Meramec River, providing a scenic waterside run through Arnold City Park. The waterway is one of the longest free-flowing rivers in the US. This is one of the final places it flows through before emptying into the Missouri River just a few miles downstream.

This is a nice flat loop that goes through woodland alongside the Meramec River. The ground is mostly dirt with a few sections of sand. You're afforded wonderful views of the river on the northern part of the trail.

Chubb Trail is a lovely, winding multi-use path that connects the north and south of West Tyson County Park. The trail goes through a beautiful wooded area with plenty of uphill and downhill to keep your legs busy.

This woodland trail is one of the most popular at the West Tyson County Park. It's a winding track with a compact dirt underfoot, and a few ups and downs but nothing major. There are lovely views of the valley and the river from the higher spots on the trail.

This is a great park in Eureka, located alongside the Meramac River. The park is mostly known for the fact that it features a small section of the old Route 66. The Outer Loop Trail circles the entire park and is the perfect 5k run. It's made of compact gravel and is entirely flat.
