The best pumptrack in Oslo, full stop. Not that there are many of them. You can ride here on mostly anything with wheels, but anything with an engine is not allowed, so that excludes anything starting with «e-». Kudos to Sagene IF for making this become a reality. This will inspire tons of small Oslo shredders!

Runs along the beautiful Lysakerelva are wonderfully varied. As well as bridge crossings and gorgeous cascades, there's also sections like this, where the trail has to find a way under transport infrastructure.

On the eastern shores of Bogstadvannet is Bogstad Manor, a beautiful manor house. There's a cafe here for some post run refreshment, while there's also a museum where you can find out more about the history of the lake and house.
