When coming to Bay Area Blvd. from red Bluff go to the opposite side of the road. There’s a bike trail. If you stay on the right side, the trail ends stay on the left side take you all the way to Clearlake.

Nestled along Clear Creek, the Dr. Ned and Fay Dudney Nature Center, formerly the Davis tract, spans 148 acres and is one of the last undeveloped properties with wetlands in the area. The park is home to diverse wildlife, including Sandhill cranes, herons, egrets, and owls. The site features a 1.3-mile birding trail with bird blinds, restrooms, picnic tables, BBQ grills, and a pavilion. It is a lovely spot for a short hike in a quiet, peaceful setting to immerse yourself in nature.

This tranquil creek creates a natural northern border for League City and is a local treasure. It is a favorite of kayakers, as the majority of the paddle trail is surrounded by dense trees and lush vegetation, creating an intimate space to explore and experience nature. It's a lovely spot to stop and sit on its shoreline and take in the peaceful surroundings.

League Park is a historic, quaint, tree-filled gem in the city's heart. There are picnic areas, restrooms, a water fountain, a playground, two basketball courts, and a local coffee shop on site.

Trinity Bay is the northeast portion of Galveston Bay. Overall, the bay stretches 20 miles in length and is separated from Galveston Bay by the Houston Ship Channel.

Clear Lake empties into Galveston Bay and serves as a major recreation center. It is home to one of the largest concentrations of recreational boats and marinas in the nation. Most of the lake is surrounded by residential and commercial developments.

The Lyndon B Johnson Station is well worth a look when riding past. So much history, even on the outside. See how many times you can say 'Houston we have a problem' before your ride buddies try to drop you!
