A beautiful meandering path between two lakes. On one side lies the Loenderveense Plas, and on the other, the Wijde Blik. The Loenderveense Plas is a bird sanctuary. Boating and swimming are prohibited there. This keeps it a peaceful area where many birds can be seen. Along the path, there are several places to stop and paddle in the Wijde Blik. Cycling glasses are recommended, as insects often fly around and end up in your eyes.

The cast-iron bridge dates from 1877 and was built by the iron foundry "De Prins van Oranje" from The Hague. The bridge, which has a limited load-bearing capacity, connects the Rijksstraatweg and Zand en Jaagpad with Brugstraat. The rising section consists of two cast-iron posts supporting an openwork cast-iron hammer. The entire structure has been listed in the national monuments register since 2001. In 1672, the castle was put into a state of defense. After that, it was uninhabited, and the castle fell into disrepair. Canon de Leeuw renovated the castle and lived there until his death in 1744. A nice little town with a few places to eat and the usual shops. Unfortunately, there's quite a lot of traffic.

The BRUG, called the Cronenburgherbrug, built in the Business Expressionist style, is located on Bloklaan over the Vecht River. The bridge consists of three sections: a double steel bascule bridge between two fixed, basket-arched masonry openings. The red brickwork in vertical bond is covered with granite slabs. The basement piers of the bascule bridge section are clad with granite slabs. Atop the piers, on a rectangular granite pedestal, stands a tall, narrow glass and steel lantern bearing the factory mark of the Winkelman company from Amsterdam. The coat of arms of the province of Utrecht, consisting of two red lions with two white crosses, is mounted on the outside of these pedestals. The bascule bridge has tubular steel railings. Along the fixed bridge sections, tubular steel railings rest on a granite base. On three sides, the fence connects to a brick abutment, which ends in a brick bench with a granite seat, a round pillar-shaped top, and a perpendicular flower box. On the fourth side (northeast side), the abutment connects to the bridge keeper's house. Both bridge cellars contain riveted steel counterweights with electrically powered gears.
