This historic bridge crosses Loyalsock Creek and is home to a few swimming holes, including The Onion Swimming Hole, located just a bit west. There are also a few ruins here from Jakersville CCC Camp 95.

Sones Pond can be a bit deceiving, at first glance it appears to be a natural pond surrounded by trees. However, it was actually built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. It's a beautiful spot to stop for a rest, or for trying your luck with the fish that are said to bite here often.

Dutchman Falls is a beautiful waterfall, and very accessible, just off the Loyalsock Trail and only .3 miles from the parking area. The falls drop approximately 27 feet.

There are a few waterfalls along Ketchum Run Gorge, and most can be seen from the Loyalsock Trail, including the Armstrong-Rode Falls, and numerous others in this shady canyon.

High Knob offers a unique opportunity to have a view over seven different counties. The views are incredible at any time of year, but the spring blossom and fall color seasons are particularly beautiful.

Dutters Run is a stream that the Loyalsock Trail crosses about 5 times. Typically it is an easy rock hop across, but have those trekking poles ready for extra balance.

One of the few dispersed camping options in the area, this site offers access to water from Dry Run.

Worlds End State Park sits within the Loyalsock State Forest, adding 780 acres to the 114,000 acres of the State Forest. The park offers a plethora of outdoor activities from hiking, and biking, to swimming, camping, fishing, and more. Visiting during the Autumn is a treat with the dazzling colors across the forest.
