Located on a 3,908-acre (15.8 km²) peninsula on the James River, the Hog Island Wildlife Management Area (WMA) comprises three sections: the Hog Island Tract and the Carlisle Tract in Surry County, and the Stewart Tract in Isle of Wight County.
