I love this big climb up the stairs and then into ladders. Would much rather climb it then descend it, so I usually park by the Nature Store, then you just hut across the road and up you go.

They were open today, but with 20-30 MPH winds and no one else along, I didn't climb up.

The Minnesota Marine Art Museum, located on the banks of the Mississippi River in Winona, Minnesota, explores the relationship between humans and water. The museum has six galleries, an educational space, and a retail shop on a seven-acre campus. It exhibits a range of contemporary and historic works inspired by water.

Great quick hike to an overlook of Elba, it's a great view even without climbing the tower. (which was closed this time anyway)
