One off the wonderful beaches in the south

Jupiter Beach Park lies on the south side of the Jupiter Inlet. It has 1,700 feet of guarded beach, picnic areas with grills, restrooms, outdoor showers and a sand volleyball court. A lovely stretch of path following the border of the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge. Partially paved, partially gravel, this service road is flat and offers great nature views!

Atlantic Dunes Park is an elevated, wooded park that has shelters, beach access, and an overall serene beach experience. One of the most unique features is this park has "surf chairs" that are like wheelchairs for the beach, so those physically challenged can still enjoy what most take for granted.

This area is situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, providing a feel of island life. The Juno Pier is one of the main attractions in this area, popular for fishing and catching stunning sunsets.

Ten miles of hiking/biking trail run through the nice Riverbend Park including a small portion of the Ocean to Lake Hiking Trail. There are some picnic chickees and picnic pavilions if you want to spend a relaxing day in the park. You can also bring your kayak or canoe for a little cruise. Opening hours: from sunrise to sunset.

The Lake Trail is a completely paved path that follows the eastern banks of Lake Worth in Palm Beach. There are continuous views and a couple different places where you can access the trail.

Grassy Waters Preserve features a number of singletrack and double-track paths with boardwalks and bridges in wetland and coastal environments. This is as popular of a spot for experiencing nature while sitting and standing as it is for exercising, so expect to see others out enjoying the wildlife.
