A bicycle highway for bikes.

Good soil makes it easier to move forward.

The cycle path between Skedala and Simslångsdalen is part of an old railway route. The train station at Simslångsdalen is located roughly halfway along this cycle path, which runs over the former railway line. The route has been repurposed from a disused railway track into a bike path, a common practice that provides a gentle gradient and scenic cycling experience along the old railway infrastructure.

Beautiful waterfall. Unfortunately, we didn't have the full water, but it was still beautiful to see. It looks even more impressive from below than from above.

A beautiful, easily accessible waterfall. There are many spots above and below the waterfall that are ideal for swimming. The paths are not suitable for bicycles, strollers, or wheelchairs.

Great Cycling Way from Halmstad and eastward

Beautiful lake with a great footpath leading all the way around. On the east side of the lake you'll walk through the beautiful beech forests of the Bröda and Veka nature reserves. The entire western side of the trail runs on the old railway embankment.

Snöstorp Church, with its spectacular hexagonal shape, is a unique building. The church building was designed by architect Emil Langlet and was built as a hexagonal central church between 1880 and 1882.
