Cervera Castle, documented since 1026 and linked for centuries to the Cervera family, preserves the remains of a large trapezoidal enclosure with circular towers at the corners and sections of the wall still visible. Restored as a consolidated ruin, it allows one to imagine the defensive importance it held in the Middle Ages and is located very close to the town's church, making it easy to include in a visit to the historic center.

The Church of Santa María de Verdú combines Gothic elements with an impressive Romanesque portal, one of the finest examples of the Lleida school, featuring seven decorated archivolts and a sculpted frieze. Inside, the Baroque altar of the Immaculate Conception and the 16th-century image of Our Lady of the Rosary are particularly noteworthy. It is an interesting visit for those exploring the area and looking for a well-preserved historic church.
