The triumphal arch was erected on the occasion of the triumph in World War I.

You can do different interesting activities: zip line descent, bike rides through the forest, rest on the grass, bird watching.

The Arch was build in memory of WWI troops and it's 26 meters high. It was built between 1922-1936 by the architect Petre Antonescu. It was renovated in 2016, and it's one of the iconic buildings of Bucharest. You can sometimes visit the Arch inside and use the stairs to get to the top for a nice view. Bucharest was once known as "the little Paris", also because of the Arch de Triumph. Right next to the Arch you can also find the most beautiful park of Bucharest, Herastrau (Regele Mihai I).
