Navajas is a charming village in the interior of Castellón, in the Alto Palancia region, and one of its most beloved symbols is the centuries-old elm, known as "El Olmo de Navajas." Planted in 1636, this common elm (Ulmus minor) was declared Spain's Tree of the Year in 2019.

The Cascada del Tío Juan is a beautiful waterfall located in Navajas, in the province of Castellón, Valencian Community. It is a popular destination for hiking, especially in spring and after rainy days, when the water flow is more impressive.

The Regajo Reservoir is located in the municipality of Jérica, in the Alto Palancia region, province of Castellón. This reservoir, built in 1959, is an ideal place to enjoy nature and do various outdoor activities. To access the reservoir, you can use the CV-212 or CV-213 roads. It is a perfect place to spend a day in contact with nature.

It is an ornamental monument that represents the 50 Spanish provinces through its 50 spouts, each one with the heraldic shield of a province. The water from the spouts falls into a rectangular and elongated stone basin. The fountain has undergone several changes over the years. Originally it was called Fuente Juan Alves and consisted of a large pool. During the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera, mayor Pedro Moreno added 40 spouts, which were later expanded to 50.

To visit this waterfall you have to climb some high steps carved in the stone. You have to be careful when they are wet because they are quite slippery. The view of the waterfall is impressive.
