Second reservoir located in the Valle del Tena and located further north of the Búbal Reservoir. Both collect the waters of the Río Gállego.

Accessible by car and with a barbecue and parking in the north corner.

This reservoir, located in the Pyrenees of Huesca, north of Sallent de Gallego, offers us a magical place in itself, as well as a perfect place to start a multitude of routes. An enclave surrounded by deep beech forests, and sunk in the valley at the foot of the Foratata, it is climbed by a small road that leaves from Sallent de Gállego.

The Villa de Sallent de Gállego is located at the head of the Tena Valley, at 1,305 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees. Sallent is crossed by the Gállego river and its first tributary, the Aguas Limpias river, both channels born within the term itself and which converge in the vicinity of the urban nucleus.

From the Lanuza reservoir you can see the scale of the marsh and the town of Lanuza, where the context of the great Pyrenean mountains that surround this reservoir.
